Ingredients: Sucrose, Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Macadamia Integrifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Peg-20 Stearate, Fragrance (Parfum), Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin, 

Directions: Start by wetting your skin with warm water. Scoop a generous amount of scrub into your hands and gently massage it onto your skin using circular motions. Exfoliate for no longer than 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Cleanse with your usual body wash or soap, pat your skin dry, and finish by applying a moisturizer or body oil.
